All our unique bouquets are handcrafted with love and perfection beautifully wrapped in tissue and recycled paper, finished with raffia and a touch of floriography (language of flowers).
All flowers are subject to availability; in the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice, although we will always try to contact you.
Stem substitutions. Please note that whilst we cannot 100% guarantee the rose and other stem varieties shown (sometimes we have to make substitutions due to mother nature), we will ensure your flowers and foliage are just as beautiful, fresh and that your recipient loves them!
Some bouquets/arrangements ingredients can cause irritation. If you have any special requirements or allergies please contact our team firstname.lastname@example.org
Tell us when: weekly, bi-weekly/fortnightly, monthly
Ordering: We request 5 days from order to delivery, as your flowers are cut and shipped to order; ensuring we deliver the freshest flowers possible, allowing you to enjoy fresh flowers longer.
Subscription Payments: payment will be made for the first delivery on placing your order, with payment for subsequent deliveries taken automatically 5 days prior to the next scheduled delivery.
Shipping: we deliver all flowers ourselves.
Cancellation: we hope this won’t be the case, but we understand it happens. Your flower subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time; however, please let us know a minimum of 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery, otherwise payment and delivery will be automatically processed.
