Hydrangeas are thirsty big blooms and love lots of clean fresh water.
Here’s a little tip on how to keep cut Hydrangeas from wilting:
- Cut stems at an angle.
- Put cut stems in water right away.
- Once per day, gently mist petals using a spray water bottle.
- Preferably change the water daily.
- If the blooms start to wilt, you can try dunking the whole flower head in warm water for approximately 1-3 hrs. This doesn’t always work, but definitely worth a try to revive those stunning blooms
